Margit Schick is an Austrian painter with several years of experience and numerous solo and group exhibitions throughout Austria. As an artist, Magrit Schick has mastered abstract art, figurative animal paintings, creative portraits and even semi-abstract landscape paintings. The bright colors and targeted accents in the paintings also give Margit Schick's works of art their own charm and become aesthetic objects that can enrich any room.
As a modern artist, she has already sold her works of art to Germany, Norway and North / South America and in her collaboration with CheetahCraft worldart her reach will expand even further and her works of art will consolidate on the international art market.

At first I just wanted to liven up my white walls with paintings. I tried to design them according to my ideas, but I wasn't very satisfied with the first pieces. The first enthusiasm for painting turned into a passion. The painting and the attraction of the pictorial design has not let go of me since then.
Still, it was a long way. First, I tried pastel colors and watercolor painting on paper. I painted motifs from my environment, mainly in a naturalistic way. Since 2010 I have preferred acrylic and oil on canvas and at the same time switched to larger paintings formats. In the meantime, my artistic direction is towards abstraction. The choice of colors and the combination of colors are my preferred means of expression.
Above all, I am fascinated by the fact that I can express my feelings and impressions in this way. I am always happy when people deal with my artworks, develop their own ideas and fantasies about one or the other, confront me with their ideas and thus inspire me.
